Bottega Italiana Bali is your neighborhood café and artisanal pasta bar, brought to you by the team behind Zibiru Restaurant in Seminyak. With three convenient locations in Seminyak, Berawa, and Batu Bolong, we serve honest, handmade Italian food—rooted in tradition, never reinterpreted.

We don’t chase food trends or reinvent the classics. Instead, we stay true to time-honored Italian recipes and cooking methods: fresh pasta made in-house daily, quality ingredients imported from Italy, and slow-prepared sauces just like nonna used to make.

At Bottega Italiana Bali, we believe in health through food—real, nourishing meals made with integrity. And we believe that eating well shouldn’t be a luxury. Our menu is designed to be affordable enough for everyday dining, so you can enjoy wholesome, balanced, and satisfying Italian meals as often as you like.

Since 2012, Zibiru has quietly built a reputation as a hidden gem in Seminyak, celebrated for its soulful, regional Italian cuisine with a modern twist. Rooted in tradition and elevated by innovation. Zibiru is semi-fine dining without the fuss—no white tablecloths, no unnecessary theatrics. Just beautifully plated, handmade Italian food, thoughtfully sourced and priced with integrity. It’s refined, but never pretentious.

In fact, Zibiru’s kitchen is the creative engine behind Bottega Italiana Bali. Every dish we offer is lovingly made in-house at Zibiru, ensuring every bite carries the same uncompromising standards of quality and authenticity.

    • Minimum 2 pax
    • Monday - Friday, 11am - 1pm
    • Cost: 800k / person (50% deposit required to secure your spot)

    You will learn:
    • 2 types of pasta dough (with and without eggs)
    • A handful of popular pasta shapes
    • 2 types of classic sauce
