Bottega Italiana fant jeg første dagen sammen med de andre på surfecampen. Ettersom det er en italiensk restaurant prøvde jeg meg på en pastarett og rosévin. Aldri smakt bedre – helt ærlig. Bottega Italiana tror på å fremheve friskhet gjennom sine ingredienser gjennom enkle retter som gjør at hver smak får skinne. De holder seg til klassiske oppskrifter som har eksistert i hundrevis av år..
/ I found Bottega Italiana while strolling through Canggu with the others from the surf camp. Because this is an Italian restaurant, I ate a pasta dish together with some rosé wine. Bottega Italiana Bali believe in highlighting the freshness of their ingredients through simple plates that allow each flavor to shine. They stick to basics when it comes to preparing our food, using classic recipes that have been around for hundreds of years.

Jeg vil absolutt anbefale dette stedet hvis du søker etter dette, samt et vakkert sted med rene omgivelser og et snev av indonesisk og italiensk stil.
